This month marked the beginning of Dennis’s job search. He has been at his current job for over 8 years and is currently Vice-President of Marketing. Although job security is there and the money is great, he is unhappy with so many aspects of working at RNC. It really takes a lot for him to open up about work but lately he has been voicing so much discontent. I really can’t relate, because I really love what I do. (I enjoy my co-workers so much. The guys in my hallway keep my laughing all day, while the kids give me so much energy to work hard for them, and now I even get e-mails from the girls!) We have put so much on hold… like buying a home and getting pregnant because we do not know where he is going to end up with this job search. So far he has a call back for an investment banking position with Bank of America and the Executive Rotational Program for GE . I am so excited for him, but I really just want to move forward with all of our plans. I want him to be happy in whatever he does. We are in such a transitional phase in our life and I can’t wait to see what the future holds!

October 1: Cora and Aaron finally had baby Luella June.
October 3: Attend the Scholarship dinner in Murrieta where I see my high school teachers.
October 9: Lakewood beats Poly!!! 21-14…last time was 1982! It was so great to witness the win!
October 10: Tamer and Stefanie get married after 8 years of dating.
