Everything is starting to come together...

We want to buy everything for the house!!! Dennis and I both realized we needed to slow down since you could go bankrupt buying furniture and decor for our house. So we made a deal. If we have it we won't replace it...juts yet. We are going to work on things we really need. So this has kinda worked because it has detoured us from buying many things.

So far this month...

Rug from Home Goods. I love it! Dennis liked it but we had our eye on the$600 rug from Pottery Barn. So glad we bought it and saved a ton of money!


Craigslist Valencia Honey Dresser's...hilarious story. I thought I found my Mahogany dressers so Dennis and I set on an adventure to get them in Yucaipa...hahaha. We get there and they are the wrong color!!! Since they are each over $1000 each the girl wanted $675. We were ready to leave and I though they would be awesome for the guest bedroom she lowered the price and they were ours.

Valencia Mahogany Cal King: After going back and forth we finally decided! We got the Cal King the Oval dressers, and the tall and extra wide dresser. It was expensive but I love it!


After months of this..finally June 24 D and Jose went to go pick up our mattress. We got a great deal thanks to Jose! With the Cal King Bed I needed new sheets, pillows, duvet and bedding, OUCH! One pillow is $60...that is seriously ridiculous! I had no idea how much this stuff would cost me.

Outdoor: Flag, Tree, and BBQ! yes!

My hubby has worked sooo incredibly hard to make our house a home. Everything from painting the house, planting a tree, trimming the trees, raising he flag, putting up all the metals in the bathroom, removing the bathroom door, working the electrician on lighting. I seriously feel like the luckiest girl in the world. I do get annoyed when he would rather got to Lowes than out to dinner. I have to remind myself that I should be grateful.

We still need soo much stuff but we are going broke trying to buy everything and I won't have a paycheck soon.

The necessities are...ROOF, TV, WINDOW COVERINGS!!
