It's TIME!

Last day Pregnant!
I took the week off before Micaela's arrival to get ready. I got my hair done ran some errands, cleaned the house. By Wednesday June 6th I was done with everything so I decided to indulge in a little me time!   A little shopping, lunch and then I watched Snow White and the Huntsman alone. I kept thinking that my due date was June 10th and that I was feeling nothing coming on. Not one contraction and well I really could not handle waiting any more for this baby! When Dennis got home from work I decided we should go for a walk together. Something we had not done in all nine months..haha. It was amazing...we chatted about so much and at the end of it even sat on the sand together. Little did we know it was the last day we would be alone! We stopped to get some ice cream for me and a yummy beer for him..we sat on the couch together and watched some tele. I was pretty tired since it was the first day in probably 9 months that I skipped my nap. I scheduled breakfast with Lisa the next morning and she actually took the day off and I was excited to hang out with her. Guess our Uncle Bills Pancake House Breakfast would be postponed..haha. We stayed up until about midnight...then I was awakened by a tinkle while in bed. Did I just pee myself?? I woke Dennis up...i knew this was not right. A few minutes later it happens again. I thought that water breaking was more of a huge rush of water. I felt like I had sprung a leak. I was surprisingly calm...after a few times I knew it was time! I decided to shower and blowdry my hair and get everything in order. I wanted Dennis to take out the trash etc...since I knew I would not be back for a few days. We left the house at about 5 am and arrived in Long Beach at about 5:25am. I got what a wanted...LABOR!
