Easter 2012

This Easter we celebrated with the Pattison's on Saturday. We had a nice day wine tasting in Temecula. (No wine for me) Then went to Aunt Tina's for a turkey dinner. The VanAuker's did not make it as Merve had the shingles.
That evening Meredith came over with her two girls. It was great catching up and her girls are adorable. Easter Sunday we went to church with the my inlaws and opened up our Easter baskets. I couldnt help but to think that next Easter Micaela will be 10month old crawling around everywhere! I can't wait!



Then off to the OC! We arrived at my parents around 1pm and had a blast. I made confetti eggs this year which turned out to be a hit with the adults and the kids. The most hilarious part of the day was when Victor made the bacon wrapped dates in the oven....the smoke and flames gave us a little scare but since we have a Fire Battalion Chief around it was no big deal...hahah. They did taste yummy though!

This was the first surprise egg cracked by Paul...Leo never saw that coming!!

We had a nice family filled weekend but it is so nice to be home!

My Perez side of the family all was together for Wendy and Steve's wedding. The family loves Steve he is so kind and loving. We wish them a happy future filled with love!

Turning 32 and Finally telling my Aunties!

Sunday my Mom had a birthday party for me and we plotted to tell all my Tia's the great news! When they all arrived I asked if we could do the cake first. They thought that was weird but agreed that would be different! So we lit the candles and they all sang to me...before I blew out the candles I said I just have one wish...That I have a healthy BABY! I of course was already tearing up and everyone screamed with Joy! Lots of tears and hugging and kissing just they was we do it! They all looked at me and said Oh mija es nina!" hahah. They were so sweet to buy me birthday gifts and just share mommy stories. It was such a great birthday sharing it with my cousins and Tias!

Ramiro's Surprise 70th Mexican Fiesta

Dennis worked all day in the yard while I met the crew at 6-man. I hung out for a while then road home to get ready for my Tio's party. It was Mexican themed...so it was so cute to see the kids dressed up. I danced with my Tia's and cousins and we sang to the Mariachi! I love my family and I am glad we drove down to see everyone.My Uncle is such a positive man and has always been so good to our family. Growing up we were always at there house swimming in the their pool. He treats my Tia Gloria so well and I am glad he is part of the family.
