J and M's Rehearsal Dinner

Friday before the wedding we headed down to Huntington for the rehearsal. It was hard to leave early since we had to make a few stops since Dennis bought the wrong size shoes at Nordies and received the wrong shirt size for his tux. So after running these errands we checkin in to the hotel.

We drove to St Joaquim with the Van Aukers. The rehearsal at the church was quick but we all knew the plan for the next day.

We were off to dinner after that. Mom and Dad P hosted an amazing rehearsal dinner at Sandy's on the Beach in Huntington.



They had cute little floral arrangements(family got to keep the ickibanas) and the view was awesome. It was so great to see all the family from Michigan. I spent most of my time talking to the Pattison's.



Dinner was buffet style and was so yummy.



Michele was as happy as can be!



It was open bar and everyone..we all enjoyed that! John and Michele gave gifts the the entire wedding party which was 12 and 11. The groomsmen received backpacks ...glasses, socks, a hat, a Jamesons, and a smirnoff were inside. Michele gave us adorable Tiffany necklaces engraved with our initials. I love mine and have been wearing it all the time.



It was a relaxed evening of chatting and catching up with everyone.

We headed back to the hotel and hung out with everyone at the hotel piano bar. My in-laws chatted with the Belchenko's outside on a patio table. After going to say goodnight Dennis, Laura, Merve, John and I realized Mom P was a little tipsy!! She was cracking us up!

The cousins toasting but it's time to go to bed! Exciting day for John and Michele tomorrow!
