Early Christmas with La Familia!

It was a mad rush this week to get everything done before Christmas. My familia decided to do Christmas early. So Friday the 23rd after a crazy day at work we all went over my Mami's to celebrate together. I got a little worried for little Jacob because he may have broken his little arm. We all ate posole which was delicious and then started with the presents. We had so much fun watching the kids open everything up! I have to say Jacob's hot wheels track was a hit. He totally loved it! Mom did a really fun card game with the girls for gifts. I won..a hug and kiss, homemade meal at home, and $500 dollars. One of the things that really struck me about tonight was how patient my Papi was being. My sister bought me the brown bear book, and a cute caterpillar. Our first baby gifts. The kids were running around with there toys and he just sat and watched them contently. He is getting older and it was so nice to see that side of him! He adores his grandkids and it is so wonderful to see. Feliz Navidad!
