2month Check Up

Today was Micki's two month check up and vaccines. Dennis was a little apprehensive about the vaccines as he read a lot about the risks. He also has added concerns from family. Going to the Dr Kuehan today would not be easy.

She started with the good news. Micaela weighs 10.6 pounds 49 percentile and 23.5 inches long is 93 perecntile. She said her being able to bear weight on her legs and talking is outstanding! Then she went over the shots. Dennis only wanted to do some this visit not all. So she got Rotavirus, tDap, and HIB. Although we normally don't schedule a 3 month visit we will be in for the remainder of them. That made me happy because I love taking Micaela in to  see Dr Kuehan!

Overall Micaela did great! She cried a little but I nursed her immediately. Then when we got home we gave her a nice warm bath and gave her Tylenol. I cant believe it's been 2 months!
