Halloween Sailing

Halloween finally falls on a Saturday and Dennis and I are in no mood to party. It seems like we never have time to relax together so this year we just wanted to lay low. It was so nice of Michele to invite us to sail with John and her Dad. Although I have been on a cruise ship and even on a little boat to go snorkeling, I had never really been on a big Catamaran. It was nothing like I expected, it was better! It was like a house on water, with a kitchen and bedrooms, and a few bathrooms down stairs, the best part was the net that you could lay on over the waves. Mr. Angeloni was just like Michele described, full of life and knowledge and mostly love for his daughter. It was such a relaxing day; we saw the Santa Monica Pier, cute Seals and we all managed to take a little cat nap over the water! That night we stayed home and did not mind one bit.
