I signed us up for Mommy and me at the South Bay Adult School. I really didn't know what to expect but I was looking forward to meeting new moms in the area and just chatting about our babies. There is really nothing more that I love to do. That morning Abuelita surprised us and brought me lunch. She helped watch Micki while I got ready. Then we were off. There were about 15 other mommies and babies. It was great.we had a discussion time..then sang songs with the babies. All of the moms were super nice and the teacher Turid King was a sweetheart! Micaela did pretty good although it was so hard to nurse her with out my pillow! She was all wiggly and getting frustrated..haha. It was great practice for us though! I am looking forward to my Wednesday's with the group.
